Sally Bibb - Training Consultant

Sally Bibb is an expert in employee engagement, communications and organisational change, with a practitioner's understanding of how to engage people, what works and what doesn't. Sally is also an expert and author on the subject of organisational trust. She has spent 20 years developing organisations and working with people from different generations and cultures in Europe, USA and Asia. She is also the award-winning author of four books exploring the relationship between people and the organisations they work for and she regularly writes for the management and general press.

Before working as a consultant, Sally held senior roles in organisational change, HR, and learning and development at The Economist Group, publisher of The Economist newspaper, BT and Cable and Wireless. Sally is also a co-founder and director of talentsmoothie, a specialist Generation Y and organisational change consultancy. Sally's first degree was in Psychology, Sociology and Economics. She has an MSc in Organisational Change from the University of Surrey. She is a Member of CIPD, NLP Practitioner, Erikson trained coach and MBTI certified.
