Michael Charlesworth - Communication Trainer

Michael has been working in the field of improving human communications for the last fifteen years. Having originally trained and worked as an actor, Michael has been able to help organisations develop their ability to communicate more efficiently and powerfully enabling change to occur more quickly in organisations. He has worked extensively in the National Health Service including the East of England PCT, Medway PCT, Derbyshire County PCT, Leicestershire PCT. His clients also include the Greater London Council, Croydon Council, Accenture, John Lewis Partnership and Glaxo Smith Kline.

Michael studied drama and English at London University before becoming an actor. His acting career took him all over Europe and the UK, London's West End and also many TV and radio drama credits. He moved permanently into the business world in 1998 working for Najberg Milne as a presentation skills trainer and then becoming a Time to Think consultant training with its founder Nancy Kline. He is also a Myers Briggs MBTI consultant.
