Roberta Woodcock

Roberta Woodcock - Financial Training Consultant

Roberta is a Learning and Development professional with a wealth of experience in financial management issues. Since forming her own company Roberta has undertaken consultancy work with a number of government agencies such as the Passport Agency, OGCbuyingsolutions, Commission for Racial Equality, IPCC and SERCO, delivering financial training at all levels.

Prior to this Roberta spent four years at HM Treasury, during the introduction of Resource Accounting and Budgeting. In addition, she undertook an original and extensive research project on the development, over the past forty years, of the role of accountants in central government. Roberta has also worked in the private sector with a firm of Chartered Accountants as a tax and payroll manager and with Hays plc as Assistant Group Treasurer. Her work with Hays involved accounts preparation, the management of the eight divisions banking arrangements including daily dealings with the City markets.
