Carol Rhodes - Training Consultant

Carol has more than 15 years experience as a learning and development practitioner; including needs analysis, event design and delivery. Carol gained her early experience in the Central Government environment, and has more recently expanded her portfolio to include private sector clients. She has particular expertise in management development, including management of organisational change, leadership and team development, customer service, coaching and mentoring. In the latter two areas she is especially experienced and accomplished and covers areas such as assertiveness and general personal effectiveness.

Carol is a licensed Myers Briggs practitioner, and an approved consultant with Shell. She is a trained mediator with Mid-Surrey Mediation Service specialising in the resolution of neighbourhood disputes.
