Chris Eagles - Training Consultant

Chris began her eighteen year civil service career as a fast streamer in the Department of Education and Science where she worked in a variety of policy development posts before moving to a lectureship in the Cabinet Office and then to an implementation role at the Employment Department. While at Education, she spent a year as Assistant Private Secretary to the Secretary of State where she learnt at first hand the needs of busy Ministers for advice and support from their civil servants and the ways in which these are most effectively communicated.

She has been a trainer for the last thirteen years, working mainly with civil servants in the fields of policy development and the associated written and oral communication skills.
