Sheena has a proven track record in both innovative and practical solutions to organisational change. She has worked at national and international levels in some 30 countries and is frequently described by others as 'a breath of fresh air'. Sheena gained her change management and organisational development experience in the profit and not for profit sectors in multinational and national organisations in support of major cultural and business change.

Sheena is an excellent facilitator and has worked with top managers, boards, teams and individuals. She is a creative and bold thinker who operates most effectively in real time learning. Her wide portfolio includes: action learning and research; executive and organisational development; star competency analysis and talent management, including assessment and development centres and personal coaching. Sheena is a member of the Young Foundation 'Uprising' Leadership Advisory Group, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an associate member of the Institute of Business Consulting. She is qualified to handle a variety of psychometric and other instruments. What works? ltd is an associate company of the National School of Government.

Sheena's commercial experience is in consultancy, training and development. She has been a member of the Board of a major public sector training business and a director of a FTSE 100 international training subsidiary organisation. As a consultant and former senior civil servant Sheena has contributed to major reform initiatives in the public sectors and has spoken at a number of conferences. She has worked in Abu Dhabi, Ethiopia, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Poland, New Zealand, South Africa, China, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Oman, Iceland, Brazil, Bermuda and USA.
