Sheena gained her change management and organisational development experience in the profit and not for profit sectors in multinational and national organisations in support of major cultural and business change.
Sheena is an excellent facilitator and has worked with top managers, boards, teams and individuals. She is a creative and bold thinker who operates most effectively in real time learning. Her wide portfolio includes: action learning and research; executive and organisational development; star competency analysis and talent management, including assessment and development centres and personal coaching. Sheena's commercial experience is in consultancy, training and development. She has been a member of the Board of a major public sector training business and a director of a FTSE 100 international training subsidiary organisation. As a consultant and former senior civil servant Sheena has contributed to major reform initiatives in the public sectors and has spoken at a number of conferences. She has worked in Abu Dhabi, Ethiopia, Bulgaria, Bosnia-Hercegovina, Poland, New Zealand, South Africa, China, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Oman, Iceland, Brazil, Bermuda and USA.
