With both public and private sector experience in project and programme management; change management; team building; training and coaching, Ian has successfully transformed the way people work and the way their organisations perform.

A firm believer in combining open and honest team working with flexibility and drive, his successful track record is due to his outstanding communications skills.

As well as delivering his own brand of personal development training courses for managers in business, Ian is a seasoned project and programme tutor with several leading UK training organisations. His recent interim management assignments include transformational change with a Central Government Department and the introduction of a new project and programme management approach in a leading UK Police Force.

Ian is a fully qualified football coach and referee, and spends his spare time managing his son's mini-soccer football team.
