As well as delivering his own brand of personal development training courses for managers in business, Ian is a seasoned project and programme tutor with several leading UK training organisations. His recent interim management assignments include transformational change with a Central Government Department and the introduction of a new project and programme management approach in a leading UK Police Force.
Ian is a fully qualified football coach and referee, and spends his spare time managing his son's mini-soccer football team.
