Stephen Noon - Chief Policy Adviser to the Scottish National Party
Stephen is currently Chief Policy Adviser to the Scottish National Party (since April 2010) and member of the SNP Campaign Committee with responsibility for Message and Policy Development.
Previously, he was Senior Policy Adviser to the First Minister with an overview over all portfolios (but with a particular focus on the economy, the constitution and FMQs) - from May 2007 to April 2010.
Stephen began working for Alex Salmond in his constituency office in 1994 and had periods working in the House of Commons and Scottish Parliament including as Chief of Staff in the SNP Whips Office and Head of Policy and Governance for the SNP in the run up to the 2007 election.
