Matt is Senior Business Consultant and he has authored Transitions, the first guide for local authority workers wishing to establish social enterprises out of the public sector. 

He has a background in policy and has worked developing the social enterprise movement across the UK for a number of years. He provides consultancy on marketing and communications, membership development and social enterprise policy.
