Dr Theresa Crowley - Head of Strategy and Research, National Audit Office

Dr Theresa Crowley is Head of Strategy and Research at the National Audit Office. Previously, she was Research Director at NESTA , the UK innovation catalyst organisation. Her earlier career was in evaluation of public policy and programmes at the Policy Studies Institute, the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury.
