Marie Snelling, Tri-borough Portfolio Director, LB of Hammersmith & Fulham

Marie Snelling has a mixed private and public sector background.

She started her Local Government career at Westminster City Council where she tackled a range of operational and strategic roles. Marie also worked with the PwC Local Government team where she advised Councils across the country on the development and delivery of large scale, cross cutting and complex transformation programmes.

Marie then joined London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, where she now works as the Tri-borough Portfolio Director-in overall charge of implementation. At a pivotal point in the organisation's transformative journey, Marie has extensive experience of innovations pitfalls and problems, as well as successes and triumphs.
