Julie is Business Manager for Anglian Community Enterprise (ACE). ACE is a Community Interest Company, limited by shares and employee owned. ACE provides NHS Community Services and some Learning Disabilities Therapy and Specialist Nursing. It provides services across North East Essex to a population of some 318,000, with some other Learning Disabilities Services across North Essex.
