Dawn Monaghan - Senior Manager, Information Commissioner's Office
A graduate of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, Dawn spent 20 years with the BBC; she joined the Information Commissioners Office in 2002 as a Senior Policy Manager. She has responsibility for developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships in the domestic and international arena and ensuring that UK organisations are aware of their information rights obligations. Dawn also led the ICO’s initiative to raise the awareness of and compliance with the proactive dissemination of official information by the development and introduction of a new model publication scheme.
