Marc Phillips

Marc Phillips – All Wales Convention Executive Committee Member

Marc Phillips is a member of the All Wales Convention Executive Committee as the nominee of Plaid Cymru. Although no longer active in party politics due to the restrictions of his current employment, he is a former Chair of Plaid Cymru and has twice been a candidate for both the Westminster and European Parliaments. He has worked in the voluntary sector for over 30 years and since 2002 he has been National Head of BBC Children in Need in Wales responsible mainly for grant distribution. Marc also serves a member of Bwrdd yr Iaith Gymraeg - the Welsh Language Board - and lives in Cardiff.
