Robert Graham-Harrison

Robert Graham-Harrison - Senior Clerk, House of Lords

Robert Graham-Harrison CMG is a Senior Clerk at the House of Lords. He has been Clerk to the Select Committee on Economic Affairs since December 2003. Most of his previous career was spent in international development. After working with VSO in India and then with the Greater London Council, he held a range of positions with the Department for International Development (and its predecessors) in Africa and Asia as well as London. He was also a director of the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
