Richard Douglas – Environmental Audit Committee

Richard Douglas works for the House of Commons Environmental Audit Select Committee as a committee specialist. Previously he worked for three years as an analyst at the National Audit Office. At the Commons he has worked on inquiries into the Climate Change Bill, emissions trading, green taxes, and Government policy on new homes.
