Pauline Conroy

Pauline Conroy - Director, Rahaleen Research

Pauline Conroy is a social science graduate of University College Dublin and the London School of Economics. She completed her Doctoral studies at UCD with a research on women's employment in multinational corporations in Ireland. She has been awarded Research Fellowships with the Council of Europe and the European University Institute. She worked at the European Commission during the period of the Delors Presidency and was the Editor for the European Commission's Annual Report on Equal Opportunities between women and men during the 1990s. Pauline is a Director of Ralaheen Research and has lectured widely in Ireland and overseas on public policy, equality and diversity issues. Her recent assignments on equality themes 2006-2007, include presentations to Senior Management of the Department of Enterprise Trade and Employment, Labour Relations Commission, Labour Relations Agency Northern Ireland, Social Policy Association Annual General Meeting UK and Local Government Management Services Board.
