Joe Fitzpatrick MSP

Joe worked as an assistant to Shona Robison MSP and Stewart Hosie MP in their Dundee Constituency Office. He was first elected to Dundee City Council in 1999 when he overturned a large Labour majority and was re-elected with an increased majority in 2003. In 2005 Joe stood for the SNP in Dundee West at the General Election slashing Labour's majority in half. In May 2007 he won the Dundee West seat for the Scottish Parliament. A well respected, hardworking local councillor, Joe was the SNP group Whip and Finance Spokesperson on Dundee Council.
